How to Fix It When MobileTrans Fails to Load All Data from My Source Phone?
Generally, MobileTrans will load all current phone data from the source phone. For videos on iOS devices, our software will detect the video files in the Videos App. It won’t load the videos made by the camera on iOS devices.
If MobileTrans loads the wrong quantity for some file type to contact their technical support team and send a log file to figure out the issue.

How To Fix When It Doesn't Detect MobileTrans Backup Automatically?
For MobileTrans Backups
You can select to add the backup manually if it’s not detected. Choose the file path and select the backup to add it to the list. The backup file is of .bak extension. Here is an image of how to find the backup file path on your pc. Click on Menu > Settings and it prompts the Backup folder location.
For iTunes Backups
Please go to your computer and check if the iTunes backup is stored on the computer.
