Why can’t I see iTunes playlists in Xperia Companion?

You might experience that the default playlists from iTunes®, such as Library, Music, Movies and Apps, are not available in Xperia™ Companion. Only custom-made playlists are made available, as long as the playlists are not empty or only contains unsupported formats. The solution is to create a new playlist containing common music formats, for example M4A, MP4 and MP3. Then try to restart iTunes® and Xperia™ Companion. Note! It may take a short while (up to a minute) for iTunes® to export the XML for Xperia™ Companion.

Can I filter out content in Xperia Lounge?

It is not possible to filter out content in the Xperia™ Lounge app. However, if you want to display specific topics such as Music or Movies, drag the left edge of the screen to the right, and then select a category. The result will contain only content related to the selected category.
