Why is the preview screen blank?
The slider may be at a point in the movie where there is no image. Try moving the slider to the left or to the right..
Or you may need to restart your decrypter making sure it’s ready before starting the application.

How do I access the log file?
Launch the software and press the F8 function key on the keyboard.
A temporary copy of the log file will appear in NotePad.
Simply save it to your desktop attach the file to your email.

What do I do if I get the message: ”Not enough space in the working folder…”?
You’ll need to free up some hard drive space, you can right-click the application and select ‘Open Working Folder’ and delete the unnecessary files. You can also search for any .VOB, .IFO or .BUP files and delete what is unneeded or you may need to backup and delete other files from your hard drive.

Where can I find my registration ID?
Your registration ID is listed in the registration window of the application. To access the registration window, start the application, when the screen appears, press the “F2” function key of your keyboard. The registration window should appear.
